Defrayal procedure

Mission expenses must be covered by your respective laboratories.

However, we do offer to subsidize travel and/or hotel expenses if your laboratory is unable to cover them. Please check with your supervisor whether the local budget can cover all or part of the costs, and get back to us.

To take charge of the mission, the procedure is as follows:

• Prepare a precise timetable for your trip: by default, transport by train is preferable.
• If there are several of you coming from the same laboratory, group your requests together and, if possible, propose pairs to share a hotel room.
• Fill in the application form and don't forget your bank details.
• Send the request to Enzo Harquin (enzo.harquinedu.univ-eiffel.fr) with a copy to Etienne Le Quentrec (elequentrecunistra.fr).
• Remember to keep all receipts for your return from your mission (tickets, meal invoices, etc.)
